Get to Know Me

After completing college in China, Dittany, “Dee” relocated from her provincial town to a large city. She secured an entry-level sales job with an international IT company. Within two years, she rose to become the top salesperson nationally and, the branch president. Several years later, Dee moved to Japan where she mastered a new language and earned her MBA from Osaka City University. 
 
In her continued search for growth and experience, Dee migrated to the United States. She became fluent in English and, thereby establishing herself as a trilingual business professional. She starting exploring a new career. Her business, sales, and language skills, were a perfect fit for real estate. 
 
Dee began her real estate career working as an assistant to a very experienced realtor in Beverly Hills.  Working as an assistant allowed her to learn the industry fundamentals and, become a licensed California realtor. 
 
Dee is now a nationally-ranked agent in the top 0.5% and one of the top 100 producers at the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway firm in Beverly Hills. She is the head of her own dream team of professional realtors.
 
Through a combination of hard work, honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm Dee facilitates positive and successful real estate transactions for her clients. She believes in communication at every step of the way. In keeping to these simple principles, she has achieved great successes and will continue to do so for buyers and sellers alike.

When she isn’t working, Dee is always searching for her next philanthropic endeavor. She also loves golfing, yoga, and Pilates. Dee lives in Malibu with her husband Bob, her 4-year-old son Dylan and, their standard poodle Chloe.
