About Chloe Hu

Chloe holds a BA degree in Art and Architecture from Shanghai University. Her interest in architecture and design eventually led her to real estate and the business real estate. Her architectural knowledge is key to her understanding and recognizing the desires and real world needs of our clients. Her people skills make working with her a joy to all.

After completing her education in Shanghai, she travelled to France to improve her  language skills as a business translator. In 2013 she left France and moved to California. That is when she started purchasing rental income properties while raising her young children. Now that her children are older, she is off to her new  career as a real estate agent. Chloe, brings her education and experience in architecture, rental income property, fluency in Chinese, French and English and extraordinary people skills to Team Seltzer.
